The City Series

The Urban Lifestyle 6×2

An impressive front elevation with simple yet clever architecture creates a central outside social area.

With family life in mind, the five large bedrooms have been cleverly zoned around the family areas with four of the bedrooms having direct access to the outside verandah. The Urban Lifestyle seamlessly integrates the family, dining and kitchen areas creating one functional zone that opens directly outside onto the large covered alfresco.

This home design offers plenty of room for the whole family to relax, play or entertain, this is modern living at its best!

Building Australia

All of our Total HomesTM designs can be built on a stumped floor system or a concrete slab.

A stumped floor system in a home can eliminate expensive earthworks, paving, retaining walls and possible subsoil drainage. If building on a flat site then all our designs are available on a concrete slab should you prefer.
